What you'll hear
Questions you've been carrying
finally answered.
No generic advice or list of foods to cut out. Just the behind-the-scenes of what actually gets in the way of consistent ovulation — and what to do about it.
Are You Actually Ovulating — or Just Hoping You Are?
Most women assume they're ovulating because they have a period. Here's why that assumption is costing them time.
Episode 1The Blood Sugar–Ovulation Connection Nobody Tells You About
Blood sugar and ovulation? Stay with me — because this is probably the most important connection most women trying to conceive have never been told about.
Episode 2Why "Eating Healthy" Isn't the Same as Eating for Fertility
Salads, clean eating, gluten-free, low-carb — none of that is automatically fertility-supportive. In fact, some of it is actively working against your hormones.
Episode 3This podcast is for you if
You're doing
everything right

Your host
Hi, I'm Kelli.
I'm a Licensed Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Specialist who specializes exclusively in ovulatory dysfunction. I've also been through my own fertility journey — which is a large part of why I work in this space.
What I kept seeing in practice was women who were doing everything they'd been told, getting labs back that looked "normal," and still not ovulating consistently — or at all. The answers they needed weren't complicated. They just weren't getting the full picture.
This podcast is that picture.
